Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Other restrictions may apply.
It’s easy to return a westcoastcentralvacuum.com purchase through customer service Center. Here’s how: For MC / V / DISC Credit
Call 360-805-1545 and ask for an RMA number to return your item.
Package the item back in the original packaging along with the copy of the invoice reflecting the item(s) being returned.
Write the RMA number on the out side of the box near the address label.
You may take the package(s) to the nearest Fed-ex, UPS or mail station and ship to our location.
If it is our shipping error or product is damaged or defective, we will send you a return label to Affix on the outside of the shipping box.
If the part can be replaced at less cost the shipping we may decide to send the replacement part and ask you to throw the defective, damaged away.
If the return shipment is in result of our error, we will send you a return label at no cost to you.
Refunds: Credit Card Purchases - Your refund will be credited to the original credit card; Check Purchases - We will send you a check back; Shipping/Handling - If the return is a result of our error, we will pay for all return shipping back to the warehouse.
Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.
Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the item at time of purchase.
